Ingredients

3/4 cup pineapple

3/4 cup papaya

1 frozen banana

1/4 cucumber (with skin)

1 1/4 cup chilled coconut water

2 1/2 cups spinach

1 cup ice
Directions

Prep:
1. Peel, core/seed, and chop papaya and pineapple. Slice banana.
2. Place fruit in the freezer for as long as you can (up to overnight).
3. Slice cucumber.

Make:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
