Dark Magic

You’ll notice these bars are all dark chocolate, meaning they have a higher percentage of cacao. When cacao seeds are dried and processed naturally, they retain a high number of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It is a bean (seed, technically), after all. Cacao is a good source of iron, magnesium, and calcium. Dark chocolate is also more filling than lighter chocolate, and more quickly calms the craving for sweetness.
